After calling Always Clean to ask if they cleaned travertine, which not a lot of cleaners do, he came out and tested before saying he could. He also tested to see if the tile needed to be sealed. He determined we needed both cleaning and sealing. He spent two days working on it, much of it was tediously cleaning the baseboards by hand. He also took great care not to damage or negatively impact any of the furniture. His efforts showed immediately. The tile and grout were much brighter when he was done. And we could see the benefit of the new applications of sealer. Mitch was very generous with his technical advice and tips on how to care for the floor. We highly recommend Mitch.
